At KathaDilam, we aim to deliver quality products from Sulekha Store (Grocery) and Dipti Medical (Pharmacy) right to your doorstep. Every item is carefully packed and checked before delivery to ensure freshness, accuracy, and hygiene.
No Return or Refund After Delivery
Please note:
- All sales are final once the order is delivered.
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any items after successful delivery.
This policy is in place due to the perishable and sensitive nature of groceries and medical products, which cannot be reused or resold once delivered.

We encourage all customers to:
- Carefully check your order at the time of delivery.
- Inform our delivery agent immediately if there is any visible issue (e.g., wrong item, damaged packaging).
